We currently ship to:

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Processing times may vary during peak seasons, sales, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping (India): 5–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (India): 2–3 business days (additional charges apply)

  • International Shipping: 7–15 business days (subject to customs clearance)

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may be impacted by courier delays, weather conditions, or regulatory issues.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs vary based on delivery location, order size, and selected shipping method. The final amount is calculated at checkout.

  • Free Shipping is available for domestic orders above ₹100 (if applicable).

  • No hidden charges—all applicable charges are shown at checkout.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking number and a link to monitor delivery progress.


6. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

  • The recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by their local government.

  • HerbalWelness.com is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

  • International customers should verify their country’s import regulations before placing an order.


7. Undelivered or Delayed Packages

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to accept delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.

  • While we are not responsible for courier service failures, we will assist in resolving the issue promptly.


8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and supporting photos (for damaged items).

  • We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund, as applicable.

  • Refunds/replacements will be processed within 7 business days after verification.
