Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

We accept refund or return requests under the following circumstances:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: Eligible for a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

  • Incorrect Product Delivered: Eligible for a refund or replacement upon confirmation.

  • Unopened & Unused Products: May be returned if in original packaging and condition.

  • Change of Mind: Not eligible once the product is shipped.


Conditions for Refunds & Returns

  • Requests must be initiated within:

    • 7 days of delivery for general returns.

    • 10 days for defective or damaged products.

  • Products must be in original condition, unopened, and with all original packaging and labels intact.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is incorrect or defective.


Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used products (unless defective).

  • Customized or personalized items.

  • Products bought on clearance, promotional, or flash sales (unless defective).

  • Items without original packaging or missing documentation.

  • Health, hygiene, or consumable products, if applicable.


Return & Refund Process

Step 1: Contact Us

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return/refund

  • Clear images of the product if defective/damaged

Step 2: Approval & Return Instructions

Once approved, we will provide return shipping details and instructions.

Step 3: Shipping the Product

  • For defective/damaged/incorrect items: We cover return shipping.

  • For other eligible returns: Customer bears return shipping costs.

Step 4: Inspection & Refund/Replacement

  • After we receive and inspect the product, you’ll be notified of the approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

  • Replacements, if requested and approved, will be shipped promptly.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement or before shipment, whichever comes first.

  • If the order is canceled after dispatch, return shipping charges may apply.
